At Knead Bagel, you can get your bagel with a schmear or as a sandwich. My wife went on-line to place our order in advance. She... got a corned beef reuben while I opted for an egg with cheese sandwich. The sandwiches had just the right amount of fillings;while these are not over-stuffed, they are also not skimpy. As for the bagels, they have a variety of tasty options. We gotfennel which was great. My only issues are that they run out of some bagel varieties and that the bagels, while nice and chewy,are not crispy on the outside. I prefer mine a bit crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The staff arefriendly and helpful. While we ordered in advance, we ate at an outdoor table. Toward the end of our meal, the person whohandled our order came out to see how we liked everything. We told her we enjoyed our meals and will return. And we willcertainly return. Read more
This little place is wonderful! The bagels are fantastic, and the breakfast sandwiches they make are even better. They have your... typical bagel, plus healthier options as well, which I love. ABSOULUTELY THE BEST!!! The staff is very friendly always welcoming. The inside (sitting area) is always clean and very... inviting. If you need a delicious bagel and some coffee if your life, you?re heading in the right director by stopping here. The staff is... super friendly and helpful with suggestions. Service is very quick, so you?re able to easily get in and get out. I chose theirbasic bagel sandwich and added bacon. I appreciated that they chopped the bacon on the sandwich instead of keeping it in aslice. Definitely get the sandwich with their house aioli on it. It?s like icing on the cake? if this was cake. Now that Chestnut Street Bagels is closed, Knead Bagels is now my favorite! They have so many different options of bagels and... cream cheese. The staff was quick, efficient and so friendly. We got the egg and cheese bagel on a haberno bagel and it was justthe perfect amount of kick. So yummy! Read more
