I stopped here at KFC drive through, ordered 3 pc combo and a chicken sandwich. The 3pc combo was saturated in grease and look... awful. This is the 3rd time I got chicken that looked like it was sitting in grease. And couldn?t eat it. I use to like KFC butthey don?t care how they prepare customers food. I mean I have tried and tried with this place, I thought maybe someone was having a bad day on my previous visits but this... place is just SUB PAR and below the standards. How hard is it to count the 4? I asked for 4 piece tenders and recieved 3, Iasked for hot sauce and was told "We don't have any " and then I was told " We don't have biscuits, we have dinner rolls". What is going on at this location ? Doesn't seem that management cares so for that reason and the fact that I have TRIED to givethis place and the staff many chances you have officially lost a customer. I go here for the taco bell that's connected to KFC. They are always kind and courteous even when it's close to closing time... (if you been to a restaurant at closing time you know where I'm going with that statement). Also, the food is delicious. Read more
I like the food!. I Do not care for their service. You staff aren't clean, employee digging in their underarm, hair. Do the... owners of the suppose to be fast food served slow!. Go figure!.
