I placed and paid for an order fifteen minutes before my lunch. I went to pick up the order but it wasn't there. Mr. Rude stop... making sandwiches and tried to cause a scene because I didn't bring my cellphone with me, with proof of the order. Telling methat he wasn't going to have me speak to him in that way...not sure what way he was referring to since I only spoke to him whenhe asked how I placed my order. Seeing brown skin makes some people go on the offense. It's OK, Mr. Rude; I will notpatronize Jimmy John's again because your words were void but the manner in which you delivered them screamed racism and werevery apparent. Read more
