Very unmature employee, customer waiting in line for 15 mins, then they decide their are closing. Time was 6:40 and supposedly... closing at 7. As I was exiting the Philadelphia International Airport I looked over to my left and started reading their menu. What a terrible experience. Apathetic and clueless staff who are happy to have customers walk away out of frustration. After... twenty minutes of waiting to order (3 customers before me) and watching the lone employee text on her phone, she told me my carddidn?t work. Tried to rip me off. Ordered an "aloha pineapple" smoothie for 7.55 plus tax Only think displayed on the screen was the... smoothie, swiped my card, got my recepit... They charged me an additional $1.20 for "Vitamin & Zinc" and then she immediatelytried to play it off as part of the smoothie when confronted. Watch your receipt, dont let them try to RIP you off. What's not to like about Jamba Juice? I got the Caribbean Passion, and I got it quite quickly. The combination of flavors was... great, and I enjoyed my drink as it was refreshing and not too sweet.
