Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about Insomnia Lancaster Avenue locations. This is the closest location to get... delivery. 1: this location barely has any flavored cookies outside of the regular options, nothing is really available. 2 :store workers are kids with little to no experience 3: 50/50 chance order will ever arrive. I believe I have received morerefunds for either no-show or extremely long delivery times then actual orders that arrived. Just order from another location Read more

This is a poor customer service review. The cookies are not the complain bad a minor, I find it very upsetting to be treated... rudely by another minority. The African American woman with the curly lace front wig had a nasty attitude. It?s a small space soit was odd and obviously she had an attitude when we walked in the store as we weren?t greeted or anything. After standing infront of her at the counter for a few minutes, we were asked if we were ready to order. I ordered chicken chip and was told theydidn?t have it, along with other things they didn?t have. I then asked what the Snickerdoodle cookie was at which the InsomniaStaff stated she didn?t know what the flavor was. Nor she she even appear to care. I don?t know how she gets off working here ifshe can?t even describe cool flavors in a specialty cookie shop! My daughter then ordered 1 snickerdoodle, I ordered 1 doublechocolate. Nonetheless, she put 2 snickerdoodle in the bag. I explained to her I ordered 1 double choc. She then gave me thedouble choc. I guess she was too busy having an attitude that she forgot my order. She appeared to be talking to someone I waslit sure if she was taking an order to talking on her AirPod. Bring a Temple University Graduate and returning customer ofInsomnia Cookies, this visit left a rude taste in my mouth, making me almost wish I hadn?t even visited the cookie shop. I wasexcited to share such a moment with my daughter, enjoying the beautiful weather, grabbing cookies, however our trip was ruinedby the attitude of the staff. Perfect midnight snack if you?re craving for cookies & ice cream at the same time. Must try this combo: ?S?mores deluxe cookie?... with a scoop of ?Butter pecan ice cream? on top!! So I was working on a multivariate calculus exam that I knew I would be doing til the early morning hours. So I decided to treat... myself to cookies and ice cream. I asked them to leave an inspiring note because I've been sad lately. Instead of giving me asingle scoop of ice cream for my cookies, he filled an entire small container to the brim <3 Also here's what he wrote, AND THENPROCEEDED TO GIVE ME RANCH DRESSING, SOY SAUCE, AND HOT SAUCE ON THE SIDE. After you try Insomnia, you will wonder why there are other cookies. Seriously. You see a lot of people carrying little pizza... style boxes walking around in Philadelphia, but when you walk past someone else on the street with an Insomnia box, you nod ateach other knowingly the way that Jeep owners wave at each other when they pass on the road... because you know something therest of the people carrying pizza boxes don't. So let's be honest... you can buy an entire package of oreos for what one largecookie costs here. I love oreos. I don't think I have had an oreo in the year and a half since I first went to Insomnia. Istopped buying any packaged or store made cookies, I even stopped buying the bake at home tube cookies because they all justpale in comparison.
