I?ve ordered from here 6 times to be exact. Everytime my order is incorrect. Sometimes I do not even call but the last time they... sent me the wrong sizes of pizzas/sodas when I had people over and they were so disrespectful and rude to me. I was very disappointed with my order after arriving over two hours. My food was not hot, especially the fries (dried and... hard). I understand that they're short staff. However, when I Called to let them know about my order, I expected more than anapology, or to be ask to bring the food back. That depletes the purpose of having your food delivered. I thought that a smallcredit would of been sufficient and more appropriate. Read more
I?ve ordered here quite a few times. At one point the food was really good. The quality has gone downhill over the last year. I... ordered about a week ago. We ordered a salad that never came. We also ordered a chicken tender and fries platter which had maybe5 fries. My girlfriend and I planned to split the meal. So happy that we each had 2.5 fries to eat. As someone who has worked inhospitality for years - a little goes a long way. I will be eating elsewhere in East Falls from now on.
