Came here after enjoying Netcost for home food. Could not get anyone to wait on us, with two tables being served in the... establishment. I guess it was the USAF and Army shirts we had on as Vets. Totally ignored. Thank you. Read more

The food was good but the service kinda slow and not the best. They took too long for few things +they need to hire someone who... speaks English well. Read more

I definitely will give this another shot. Did not have enough time to dine in. We got more basic menu items only because we were... not sure what we exactly were ordering. Instead of takeout I think a sit-down would definitely help the experience. I'm reallyexcited to see what more they have to order here. It was only the two of us but I hope to come back with more people so we eachcan try something different so we know what to look for and what to expect. They restaurant was rather large, so plenty of areato eat at. The parking was pretty decent too considering it was close to a holiday. The two big things that take up parking hereimo is Home Depot and Netcost. Which I have been to both. You already know what to expect at home Depot but if you don't knowNetcost is a grocery store. A trip to this area definitely is not a quick one. Go eat something and then walk it off shoppingfor unique groceries if you're not familiar with the area. You should not be disappointed. Read more

Ordered with delivery. The driver just placed the box of khachapuri on the ground. The plate with khinkali as well. Without any... packaging. Two of the sauces which I paid for was missing. The "surprise" was waiting for me when I opened that box withkhachapuri. Read more

Was very impressed. Had the following dishes and greatly enjoyed them: mushroom soup, the melted cheese bread, beet salad, and... the meat dumplings. The soup was perfect. The beet salad and meat dumplings were just a tad heavy on the black pepper. Thecheese bread became salty when it cooled from piping hot to warm. The black tea in a pot and Napoleon were excellent. The honeycake is very flavorful, and some may find it a little dry. Excellent and friendly service. Can?t wait to go back and try somemore food. The whole restaurant and bathrooms are outstandingly clean!! And the live musicians singing Georgian songs hadterrific voices and sang songs you can enjoy no matter what languages you understand. Note if you?re sensitive to loud places,I could envision it being very loud on nights when the dining room is full and the musicians are performing. Read more

One of the delights of travel is to come across interesting places to eat. On Friday, I dined at such a place, Georgian Bakery... and Cafe, located in the Little Russia section in NE Philadelphia. Because it was just after 9 a.m., I thought I'd go in for apastry, ooh and aah for a bit, and be on my way. As I looked at the menu, I see this flat bread looking thing with an egg ontop. Thinking it'd be a nice little pick-me-up, I ordered the "small" Ajarian Khachapuri. And since I was getting a fancy cheesebread, as I termed it in my head, a bowl of bean soup sounded good. The red bean soup came in a small, covered clay pot thatsteamed when you opened the lid. Had a hearty flavor with a hint of cilantro and, according to the waitress, walnuts. Then thefancy cheese bread. If this was small, the large must be huge. The picture I took, the camera had to be held above my head toget the entire dish in the frame. I researched the dish and apparently it's supposed to be an appetizer shared by severalpeople. I see why as I could only eat a third of it. The dining room was beautifully decorated with, I am assuming, traditionalGeorgian dress. The tables set quite formally. What a wonderful treat. I hope to be back next time I'm in Philly. Read more

Fantastic Georgian food every time I've come here. Different meat dishes, dumplings pastries, all packed with flavor. The beef... kebabs are great, but the chicken kebabs are cooked to perfection every single time. 5 stars. Read more
