Horrible service. There were 3 other people in the restaurant and it took 25 minutes from the time I placed the order. I told... them I have a nut allergy and I ordered the mango orange smoothie. The smoothie was made with almond milk so I asked them toremake it with oat milk, where she then made me the wrong kind of smoothie. I want back and asked which kind she made me and itwas in fact incorrect. Well, this is my last time ordering from fuel. I used to order from fuel daily until they reduce their portions. They used to... give one chicken thigh? now if you?re lucky it?s a .25 you get on your sandwich. I honestly dont know what happen to this place.But what I can tell you they are ripping people off. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your monies worth. Reply: Iwasn?t sure if it was chicken breast or thigh. Regardless, Fuel decreased their portion and increased their prices. It?sextremely dishonest to customers to do. Again fuel was amazing a few years again, but now you have cut back so much it?s notworth going back. Update 6/1/2022 I wanted to try out fuel again. It?s been about a year - maybe quality control have improved?Unfortunately, their food is still disgusting (see pictures) . Fuel use to take pride in their meals. Stopped in this afternoon for smoothies and the employees that greeted me were great and welcoming. They were also super helpful... assisting me with their ordering screen. My child got the Pineapple Power Lunch which they enjoyed. I ordered the Protein Busterwhich is now my new favorite!! Read more
