This Dunkin has really gone downhill this is the 3rd time they give me a burnt frozen coffee/Iced coffee. I left Drive thru... after waiting 15 minutes in line to go inside and have them fix it, when I went in the hispanic girl working at 11:40am makingthe coffees we?re talking about me with a white girl with light jeans and a grey hoodie. I than got the remade coffee which wasstill burnt I than asked for a refund a nice elder woman aaked a white girl with a penn treaty hoodie if she can do my refundshe shook her heard saying I don?t care he can do she can wait! The employee let a coworker jump the line and order before me. They talked for a good 5 minutes. My frozen coffee was super... sweet and not really frozen. I asked her to make it less sweet and more frozen. She poured some out and added ice. Now it?s likeice chunks in it. I usually go to the one further down Aramingo and I should have stuck with what I know. Never again. Read more
Workers are always kind to me when I go. They?re overworked. Managers, cashiers, all of them are overworked. Chrissy and Lexus... are both kind but very overworked. Two star rating was given due to the lack of security for a 24 hour store. Yes, it is just acoffee shop but if you are going to have doors open all night with only two employees running store, have the appropriate safetymeasures for your employees. They are more important than the extra money you?ll be spending for armed guards. Read more

Got some munchkins. Guy gave me a few extra on the house, so that each kid would get 3 which i thought was really nice. Service... has always been good when I come into this Dunkin. People are friendly, Coffee is good. Just be careful ordering extra sugar,because they seem to have a heavy hand to begin with, so getting extra sugar is way too sweet at this location it seems.
