This Dunkin' Donuts is very sweet and welcoming. Service was very kind and helpful. The coffee was fresh and hot. I had a... strawberry icing doughnut, with Dunkin' sprinkles (as shown in the picture below.) It was very delicous and I would recommend itif you are having trouble choosing. Updated September 2021: Removed a star because their coffee is so watered down that it's like brown water. They are very nice... and hard working and other menu items are fine, just don't get the coffee. -------- They work hard in that store as they arebusy with morning rush. The reason I give it a 4 star rating is that it's not a DD that you'd want to sit in and eat. Reallyonly good for takeout. I order from this Dunkin almost every other day/week. The guy who I assume is the manager or owner is the best even without my... pink North face winter coat on and wearing my sunglasses instead of my regular glasses, he still knows me and makes sure myorder is correct and ready. Worst location! Yes, there are always tons of homeless people milling about , but your coffee tastes like dirty water. No... flavor, except sugar. And the donuts tasted stale and very odd. Nothing like a donut should taste. Took one bite and sip, andthrew directly into the trash! Definitely won?t be returning . Customer service nonexistent too. Read more

This place was actually pretty swamped most of the time when I visited because it was the only nearby coffee place open during a... winter storm while our conference at the convention center was going on. They handled the crowd well with fairly speedy service,and the coffee and bagel was just what you expect. Read more
