If you don't want to be late for work do not go to Dunkin' donuts in Ivy shopping Center. Service is absolutely terrible.
Ordered some hash browns and they appeared squished and mangled.
Worst DD in the area. Same woman at the window is rude, doesn't know how coupons work, and gives you an iced coffee when you... order a latte. Once they gave me an iced coffee with lemon in it and tried to pass it off as the iced tea I ordered. The managersaid he'd refund my card at the end of the day, but never did. Just the worst. If you order anything from UberEATS with these guys you can almost guarantee you won't get what you ordered, but instead of... updating the items that they're out of they'll put anything in your bag, and instead of the person picking up the order warningyou about what they don't have...you get anything,which is not their fault, it's the ineptitude of the management at thislocation, other than that this place is wonderful ???? I ordered a bottled water and the hummus & tomato on toast. And thats the operative word here, toast. They made me wait at the... window for nothing because when I got to work to work I saw that the bread was not toasted and what I had was a soggy mess.
