This was my first visit since the store was redone. I had a gift card and went through the drive thru on my way to work for a... breakfast sandwich. I really like the double line and my sandwich was very good--warm still when I got to work, assembledperfectly and the croissant was really good. But the best part was the young man who handed me the order and took mypayment--he just was really friendly and nice and I had to write this review because when someone goes out of their way to befriendly in the northeast, you notice! On 10/15 went at 8:30am to get coffee- didn?t notice anything. Pulled off took a sip came home and noticed blood on the coffee... cup. Obv felt sick to my stomach - call the store who they informed me it was a employee who got a henna tattoo! And she?s nolonger making beverages so I could come back and get anther one. This used to be my favorite Dunkin. They used to make THE best bagels with cream cheese and bacon now it's like playing where is... the cream cheese. Knowing this today I ordered extra cream cheese and still couldn't find it. I ordered the grilled cheese withpesto, tomatoes and bacon instead I got roasted red peppers and no bacon. The peppers were so tough I couldn't eat them. I also ordered my mom a donut and no donut in the bag! You upgraded your store to have your food go to s**t! You've lost afaithful customer! Read more

Walked in Sunday Morning at 5:12am Sunday August 28, 2022 to grab a coffee. The employee was coming out of the walk-in... refrigerator and noticed me at the counter. She said "sorry, were closed. I'm opening at 6am. I forgot to lock the door". Shewas so quick to get me out of the store. Didn't care about my need at all. She was extremely rude. I'm glad she threw me outthe way she did. She just saved me money. I will never support that store again. I recommend the public take their businesselsewhere. Besides, their medium coffee is more expensive at $2.47. Other Dunkin stores sell medium for approximately$2.27. I'm definitely taking this to social media. Read more
