She asked for munckins to be added to... her order for free with a promo offer on the app and she bought a coffee for free munchkins . The munchkins was never comp offand we asked to start over and get a refund and she said no refunds and Toss the receipt to my Teenager. This location has horrible customer service and occasionally messes up on my orders. I feel that they do not care and just run... on auto pilot. I came in with a great adittude and said how are you, just to get a nasty look and a gesture in the generaldirection of my mobile pickup order.
