This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to! Absolutely rude and anxious girls who would rather be texting on there... phones then help the customers! The line was almost out the door everyone on line was having a fit. When I asked for a manager,I was told to go somewhere else if I didn?t like it. Horrible service! Read more
Great people in a very nice place. Last night I got there very late, a few minutes before closing, I was taking care off with... respect, they even knew what I was getting, I had the same medium latte that i got the last few times that I got there almost atthe same time. I am annoyed. I have been coming to this store M-F everyday and the workers cannot be bothered to take 2 seconds and look up and... acknowledge me when I thank them and wish them a good day. During the early phases of the pandemic this store was closed and Ihad to go to the other Dunkin on Red Lion at Bustleton and even though I had to use drive thru, they greeted me and actuallyremembered me and my drink the next morning. SIMPLE yet effective. I understand your job is hard dealing with people all day,but it's not right to make customers who spend money in your establishment everyday feel invisible. Read more

Asked for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese, I got 2 day old bagels with a small amount of cream cheese for $6! Took 3 people... to screw up my order, go elsewhere!! Read more
