Thank you Dunkin Donuts and all of the independent owners who participate in the veterans day giveaways. It may seem like a... small token to get a free donut, but the acknowledgment makes me want to get out and patronize those businesses. We were inPhilly and headed out so I decided to stop at a Dunkin? Donuts to get my free donut. But we made sure we got more than just thefreebie. We grabbed a coffee and a hot chocolate for our ride down to DC. I appreciate the owner being in there and thankingveterans for their service. Again these might seem like small gestures, but they are appreciated. If you?re in the area stop byand grab a dozen donuts or some little munchkins and enjoy. Read more
Staff does a good job, im usually there on weekends as its way to busy in the morning to stop here during the week. They rarely... make a mistake when making your coffee. Read more

If I could put 0 starz I would. This place always closes before their suppose to. They start cleaning up a half an hour before... closing so therefore they don?t take orders when their suppose to be open. Read more
I'll give this location two stars because its the consistent Dunkin quality products, but I'm taking the time to note that... today August 2, 2022, there's no excuse for the rudeness of ignoring me at the window, and to be from a young sista whencustomer service is supposed to be held above all. I have two teen daughters entering the workforce in positions like these. Iwould hope our home training would result in better manners, even if it is the end of a long hot day. There was a time theywere open until 7pm. I see here on this page that the hours have changed to 6pm. that's fine but not knowing that today, toroll up to the speaker today at 5:53 pm -. (yes, I checked!) and after the wait o be acknowledged didn't come, call out, get noanswer, and seeing NO HOURS posted on that menu, I came around to the window itself, which also has no hours posted, no signsaying closed, the place looked empty, even though there was a car at the door. I was about to pull off, but then I see twoyoung ladies, one that as she walks by looks right at me and keeps it moving. i'm calling out to her just to confirm, with the"excuse me", and hand gestures and all, again there's no doubt she can see me, it even looks like the other girl, in aheaddress, was going to come to the window and looks like she gets waved off by Ms Attitude that seems to be expressing herexasperation at last minute pains in the neck like me. I guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader. So I get the message andpull off, hell, I saved a boat load of sugar and calories anyway. I just don't like the disrespect. I'm a Philly native and byno means thin skinned, but there needs to be accountability for deliberate rudeness. POST YOUR HOURS on the first menu, or comeinto the modern age and have that automated voice that pleasantly says you're closed. perhaps they have that but it wasn'tquite 6pm yet. management can spare me the response here . Ordered 2 dozen donuts and the girl at drive through window was very unprofessional laughing in the background and trying to... take my orders and didn?t even understand the order. Pulled up to the window and the manager is as bad as the workers there.Incompetent people working here. Don?t go!!!! Read more
Took about 7 mins after walking in to get one coffee. Plenty of staff, they were just all focused on the drive-thru which had a... decent amount of cars. Staff was busy so there's no fault here but if you need something quick, find something else ??????? Read more
