Pretty good, I got lucky and ordered at 1 am. Food arrived hot, quick and delicious! Thank you. The key to getting good food is... to not order during their rush hour. And try to tip well! Horrible. Placed order at 7:00 pm. At 9;00pm got notice my order had been delivered. When I checked it had been delivered it... was to a brewery. When I tried to call the store to check on it I was on hold for way too long after pressing #2 no answer, noanswer finally I pressed 3 and the unpleasant hussy yelled at me telling I didn?t get such a notice cause my order was justgoing out the door and the chit hung up on me. Worse Domino's EVER!!!! STAY AWAY WORST THAN COVID!!! Not even deserving of a star. Ordered from on-line, a pizza, caesar... salad and breadsticks. Waited 2 hours, pizza luke warm and caesar salad had brown lettuce. Denied a refund because I would notaccept their excuse of the date being current on the prepackaged salad. Employees there are more frustrated and unhappy thanthe dissatified customers, which accounts for their poor quality control and customer service. Employees have no customerservice skills, no de-escalation skills, actually they escaluate the situation and create unhappy customers. Obviously,management has failed to address issues that spilled into their service. This why folks don't support their community! Read more
They really got a bunch of jokers working here. I ordered a flatbread pizza with chicken/bacon tomato and cheddar cheese w/... garlic parmesean sauce, oven baked chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and italian sausage marinara pasta dish. These guys not onlytook two hours to get to my house which is only a mile and a half away but they whole order was jacked up. the chicken on thesandwich and italian sausage dish was breaded like they used boneless wings which is not suppose to happen. The Pizza was burntand dry had no chicken on it and the italian dish they used a breadbowl and it was breaded chicken alfredo! Never ordering fromthese guys again. Read more
I placed my order at 5:11pm. My order didn't arrive until approximately 6:20pm. As I inspected my order I found that the pizza I... ordered for myself was made incorrectly. I called the store and they said they were sending out another one. Another hour and 20mins later, at 7:41pm, I had to call back because I still had not received my replacement pizza. The young lady I spoke to wassuper sweet and said that the new pizza was made, however it was left out for too long and they had to make another one. I askedhow long it was going to take for me to get that one and she said it would be around 20 mins. I waited another hour before Icalled back, again, at 8:38pm, to find out what was going on. The manager I spoke to said that it was on its way as it had justleft the store. Almost 4 hours after I placed my order, my pizza arrived. Sadly, the toppings had shifted and it wasn't fullycooked. I had issues with this location before where they sent the wrong pizza and where I placed an order for pickup ahead oftime, got there, and I still had to wait another 10 mins. This is the only Domino's in my area that delivers so it's sad that Iwill not be placing any orders, for pickup or delivery from this location, ever again. UPDATE 11/8/19:I don't know why Icontinue to order from the Domino's at 4222 N Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. Once again, I placed an order for delivery at5:15pm. A pizza an lava cakes. That's it. At 5:33pm, the tracker said my pizza was on its way. I only live about 15 minutes awayfrom this location so surely I'd receive my order by 6pm. Nope. About 6:15pm, the tracker says my pizza has been delivered. Itwas not. I tried calling the store, but the number listed sent me to a voicemail. After spending about 45 mins on the phoneholding for customer service, my pizza arrives at 7pm. Everytime i place a delivery order my food comes wrong, here's the pics from the last 2 orders,smh I wish I took pics of orders... b4...I'm done!...and all I ordered was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas,cheese and extra cheese for the 2nd topping, 1 came out greatthe other 3 was a fail.....was supposed to send me a replacement pizza ,I called I was told it's on it's way, 30mins later Icall to find out wheres the delivery and wanted to speak to the manager they hung up on me and when I called 2 more times afterthey put me on hold for a long period of time, smh dominos hunting park makes not only the worst pizzas but have no respect forcustomers Read more
Great delivery driver's alway get my food fresh and on time in store or delivery..only domino's I order from
