They have yet to make an order correctly, and I have ordered from this store many times. The free pizza compensation is nice,... but it gets really old really fast. At this point, I am wondering if they are making the orders incorrectly on purpose. Also,they will not refund your order, even if they say they will. Read more
OMG! DO NOT BUY HERE!! If they don't refund your money, dispute with your bank! Take pics, record these people. I am telling you... - It happened again, I totally forgot about my last horrible experience, and I placed an order online and it happened exactlythe same way. The tracker stopped working, today it said, "Invalid Date" in stead of showing time, either way, the driver neverarrived. I called the Dominoes and they don't say anything, I called again and got a lady who said, "the driver is on the way"Well, it's over an hour and a half and the driver has not arrived. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back becauselike last time they will not refund me although they say they did. don?t waste ya time here. the delivery person last time i ordered here was disrespectful. and this time they didn?t have any... ingredients for our order and the girl that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. we canceled the order days ago andthey never refunded the money like we asked. we called today and asked to speak to a supervisor and they said their supervisorwasn?t there and wouldn?t be there till hourss later and a different person answered the phone this time and they had anattitude as well.
