I ordered 2 pizza?s and they were only capable of getting one of the pizzas right!one out of two is only good odds for true and... false questions on a test. Look, it?s a chain fast food pizza chain. Are there better local spots? Absolutely (Three Brothers or Santucci?s are great... places to start). However, if you?re looking for know-what-you?re-in-for type chain restaurant pizza place, then it serves itspurpose. I see some other reviewers had order issues. I did not. Ordered at 11:13pm, followed the tracking through the app. It said my order was complete and I never received my order. I then... called them explaining the problem to them. I was told the driver was still driving to my home (at 12:15am) I waited 15 minutesthen called them 5 times with no answer. It?s extremely unprofessional to do that and I don?t think anyone should order fromthis sorry of an excuse for a dominos. Read more
Ordered and the delivery time was quoted at 43-53 minutes. Fine. I thought it was long but whatever. I wanted pizza. After... ordering and realizing an hour passed and no pizza yet. I check the tracker and the delivery time was now 104 minutes? That?sridiculous. Bait and switch on the delivery time. 2 hours for delivery? I?m less than 10 minutes away. Pizza takes 10 minutestops to cook. Where is all the other time going to? And cold pizza when it arrived. Read more
The WORST Domino?s store ever. I have ordered Pasta Primavera online, waited for 30mins and reached the store after the app... showed my order is ready. When I reached there the staff said that my pasta is not ready and started make it then. Made me waitfor another 20mins, when i tried to pay for my food none of my cards will work in their swiping machines and they wont accept50$ bill which I only have. With help of my friend i paid it finally. The story does not end there, after reaching home and Iopened my Pasta Primavera, I see chicken in there. Called the store back, told them what happened and asked if they can delivermy right order, they asked me to wait for 2hrs for delivery. Lost my patience and asked to return my money back. Hopefullywaiting at least they would return my money back soon. Read more
