This was the worst experience of breakfast in the city. we were in philly and decided to hop in for breakfast at corner bakery... which has always been a go to place prior to pandemic. This specific location was dirty, the staff was uncaring, rude the toastwas burnt, the eggs were watery and it costed us $24 for 2 orders. It pathetic to see corner bakery fall to these low standards.I wish we never went there. i am positive i will never be eating at any corner bakery anytime soon. Read more

There was raw chicken in my chopped salad, which I noticed after already eating. I am quite disgusted to say the least. Would... absolutely not recommend going here, as this is 100% a health hazard. Read more

Great taste, nice portion size, a bit pricey but understandable for the location . I would visit for lunch again, nice looking... salads very fresh. I have the Tuscan and tomate grilled cheese with cheddar and broccoli soup. Read more

This place is fine for a quick bite, service is pretty good, and it's nice that they have a lot of outdoor seating. I would say... the sandwiches are only ok - like the bare minimum of what I would expect for whatever the description of that sandwich is. Ifit says the sandwich contains chicken, expect one thin slice of chicken. If it contains pesto, there will be a tiny amount.Mostly bread. They do have good desserts/pastries. Love the little chocolate bundt cakes!. It is also very affordable comparedto many other places around. Read more

As a bakery/cafe, I expect a certain level of quality in both service and food. I ordered a half salad, half sandwich to... dine-in. It literally came in on a paper plate with the salad and sandwich on the same plate. The salad was DRENCHED indressing, to the point the paper plate was getting a little soggy. The sandwich was supposed to come with red onion and groundmustard. They served me a dry sandwich slabbed with meat and a small piece of cheese. I ask if I can get the onions and mustardon the side, they had to literally cup an onion and they gave me yellow mustard packs. The quality of the food and service wascomparable to that of a public school cafeteria. I couldn?t even eat the food, it was a waste of $15. Read more

Great place to grab lunch, if you want something yummy and not too pricey in the middle of the work day/week. Got the BBLT and... it has the perfect amount of bacon. Love the space - very old school diner meets cafe meets restaurant. I believe they changedtheir plates to paper during the pandemic, which makes the presentation a little lackluster, but they had nice folks behind thecounter. They were all helpful and ultimately I was satisfied. Is this a 5 star meal, no. Is it going to be my main lunch place?Unlikely. BUT will I be satisfied after eating my meal and will I enjoy the short time I spend in here, yes! Read more
