I walked up to the door and greeted the young lady at the door know response so I then ask can I use the ladies room. I am... pregnant and was told NO with all the young ladies in there laughing in my face while 7 months pregnant when the greeter at thedoor wasn?t sure why I couldn?t use the bathroom they have a table at the front door that didn?t let anyone in but therecustomer service was so rude. It?s ridiculous how young people aren?t train and running this stores. I didn?t even want to placea order I just want to Dunkin? Donuts ladies room. Read more
Ordered tonight through the doordash app and was highly disappointed! Wanted to try the boo batter for the first time & none of... what?s supposed to come in it, was actually in the ice cream. They gave me just the ice cream and a bunch of pretzels. Waste ofmoney. Read more

I used to come to this location years ago in a weekly basis. Still good, but they are not letting anyone else inside. There are... signs at door with menu items, and a young person at door taking orders. My suggestion do as I did do your order online, free ofcharge, self explanatory menu and easy to navigate. My oder was ready when I got there I spent a little extra time at linebecause the client in front of me did not know how or what to order. In reality it was my child's first time there and I wantedfor her to have the full cold stone experience, but it wasn't possible for now. At least she enjoyed what she order. Her icecream ???? cone was well packed. I was expecting a little mess but that didn't happen. PLS REMEMBER TO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME.BETTER FOR YOU AND THE PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE BEHIND YOU. ????
