Pizza was hard as a brick sent another one that was hard also. Please guys don't waste your time or money. They hype this place... up and the food I wouldn't feed my dog. And every time I or my daughter uses my card he selects a tip for me like he knows howmuch money I have. Don't waste your time. This place is over rated and don't have much of nothing that's good. This place was amazing! My sister told me about their salads. I ordered a chef salad and when they brought it to the table all... I could do was look at it! It was so large that I walked over to the counter and asked for a second container. I put half thesalad in the container and still couldn't finish what I was eating. They definitely give you your money's worth and then some. I wish they had one closer to my home ???? looking forward to going back. Read more
The last few times I?ve been here have been amazing. Chicken fresh off the grill, fresh, cashiers are nice. We dined in they... gave us plenty of plates and napkins. Nothing compared to our experience 3 years ago but obviously that?s what happens when youswitch up on the staff. Today, I ordered 3 pizza for a co-workers going away party. All three boxes of pizza arrived with the pizza itself crushed into... the side of the box. When we called to complain, the person answering the phone offered to send out three new boxes of pizza inexchanged for the ones we had. However, we declined due to the 45 minutes it took for these three to arrive. We were thenoffered 30% off of our next order. Since we always order three pies as the minimum, that would only mean 10% off of each pie,which isn't enough. Even though this is pretty much the best pizza in Philadelphia, 50% off the next order would have beengreatly appreciated for the time and the condition these arrived in. The guy Marco answered the phone earlier today and I told him about my problem I had last time with a cheesesteak and this guy... blessed me with a free cheesesteak and he gave me a handshake and told me to have a good night that is the most best customerservice that I ever experienced dealing with a pizza establishment I think he should get employee of the month not just cuz hegave me a free cheesesteak because the way he handled it and looked it up and seen that it was kind of messed up and seen that Iwas just concerned and he knew I was going to pay for it but to look out for me he gave it to me for free thanks again Marco Read more
