*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* Cily Chinese is literally one for my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. I've gone too many times to count, a... regular I would say, because their chicken hits the spot every single time. You MUST get their chicken set, highly recommendhalf boiled half fried. The fried chicken is super crispy and taste the best with the sweet chili sauce. The boiled chicken is agood complement to the fried and keeps the meal light. This set also comes with daikon soup (super flavorful and warms my soul)and chicken broth infused rice (tastiest rice I've ever had). They even give you some liver/gizzards on the side! The portion isvery generous and at a great price as well. Their other food is decent, like Tom Yum soup and drunken noodles, but nothing beatstheir chicken. I also really like their green thai ice tea, just a bit on the sweeter side but I love theflavor. *VERDICT* Definitely will come back again and again. Read more

I come here a lot with my girlfriend. Definitely worth going again. Food is okay, does not compare to traditional Thai food. But... good for something fast and simple. The chicken can really be a hit or miss. The fired style chicken is my favorite butSometimes the fried style is too greasy and dark. The oil they use is not always fresh so keep that in mind if you order thefried style. The sauce is good. Service is good too, my waitress made the experience a lot better. Read more
Absolutely amazing Chicken Rice Thai style. The rice is very flavorful and the sauces provided complement the chicken very well.... The chicken is extremely juicy in both boiled and fried form. Solid and affordable Thai style restaurant located in the heart of Chinatown. I did not expect a simple chicken and rice dish to... be so deliciously made! I got their Set 1 with a boiled styled chicken dish. It came with a bowl of soup, bottle of water (orsoda, you can choose) and a few cucumbers as a side. As someone who does not like ginger, I was in love with the ginger ricethat came with the chicken! The ginger taste is there but it was very light and flavored nicely in the rice. It was notoverwhelming at all!! I got the boiled style chicken which is 100% recommended especially if you like super juicy and softchicken. The two dipping sauces were ginger oil and a lightly spicy sauce that gave that extra OOMPH to the entire dish. Priceand portions of the dish only cost 9.99 which is an excellent and very affordable dinner option. EDIT: I've came back a fewtimes already and each time, I left happy and tummy satisfied. Definitely get the Thai Green tea as a substitute for your setmeal drink ($2 extra charge on top of the 9.99 price tag). It is so good and worth it! You won't regret it. Read more
Got the boiled chicken and fried chicken combo for 3 people. Also tried the Ginger rice. Sauces are top notch. Place is really... good. Reminds me of eating at my Vietnamese mother in laws? home made cooking. The boiled chicken with the sauces and gingerrice was my favorite combo. Service was really good to. There's no shortage of good chicken places in China Town, but Cily is a place you should not overlook. My wife and I came in... around opening time and ordered Set 2. It was reasonably priced, well-presented, and tasted wonderful. Nothing was left!???? We will definitely be back! Read more
