The absolute worst Chipotle in Philadelphia that I have experienced. The employees are cold, angry and look miserable every... single time, never fails. No greeting or smiles, ever. They make you feel unwelcomed, and I ask myself why I constantly gothrough the long lines just to pay for horrible service and quality. 2 times now that they have completely butchered my order.How is this Chipotle still in business?! I work in the city, so it's more convenient to come here versus the Chipotle on 16thand Walnut but honestly, take the extra steps and go to that one. I will not be spending any more money here. I work in the building and have gone here a bunch of times but am not going back. Every single time I get a burrito, it's... always soggy. They could take a couple seconds and let the beans, salsa, etc. drain before putting them in the burrito but theydon't. By the time they're rolling it up it's always a wet soggy mess, and I'm never looking forward to eating it. Because it'swet and poorly rolled, it falls apart pretty quick so make sure you get a fork. I like Chipotle in general, but this location isjust a dud. Read more

I prefer to order online, because it is in a busy location.....and they can never get an online order correct. It's like you... have one job....your job to read an order and then make that order per the order slip....just do that. Oh and they run out ofingredients like it is a busy location double and triple order your order truck....and have multiple order trucks delivery inthat week.
