This new location has messed up my order multiple times now and I dont even care. It was opening week and things happen. That... said all it took was a phone call and it was taken care of in some capacity. Every single time I go there the people are nice,the line moves quick and if I do have to wait for my food it's clearly because it just got done being made. Listen, it'schic-fil-a and not a 5 star restaurant. You came here for chicken sandwiches and some darn good waffle fries. This location isconsistently pumping those out better than nearby locations. First of all let me tell you this about this particular Chick-fil-A the customer service the efficiency of the entire team and... the food absolutely impeccable amazing service me and my wife went there after a session at Topgolf once we ordered we startedwalking towards our table our food beat us to the table! Slow drive through for breakfast and my meal was cold, friendly staff
We placed our order then proceeded to wait 1/2 hour in the line. I would of love to just hopped out of line and went somewhere... else but they block you in and I already paid leaving me helpless. When I got to the door I then checked the order. The persontaking our order never put in the Mac and cheese and cheese sauce. We asked the employee if we could order it there. She went tothe manager who refused to take the order at the door. I asked to speak with her. When she came over she said she didn't have aregister to ring me up. I had to pull around to the front to order the rest of my order, even though she said she couldn't takemy order. Why couldn't I just paid through the register inside through the door? Went in for dinner after the Kids Fest in bucks co. We went in & ordered inside the new restaurant. Line was not long. The girl... @ counter was just neutral, not welcoming, pleasant at all.. Put order in & then saw on receipt, it was 30¢ extra for switchingcheese type on my spicy chicken deluxe meal. This is uncalled for. Also, I ordered unsweetened iced tea. NO lemons in thestore.!!! So, I improvised, & asked for half tea, & half lemonade. Again, an extra 30¢ charge for the lemonade added. Again, acrazy charge, as its the same sized drink, within the meal criteria... Our food was good, upon leaving we switched out the grandkids books they got, for the ice cream option. The manager wanted to charge me for a cone, which again was part of the kids mealoption.. ( Ice cream, cup or cone). So this store needs to STOP adding hidden frivilous charges, as , the food prices arealready costly enough... Just left this Chick Fil A and had to write a review since it was the best service I?ve ever received at a fast food restaurant.... This is my first time at this location. I brought my four children (two of them under 2 yo) to eat inside the restaurant. Everyone was so kind and helpful. On of the workers, Jonathan, continuously checked to see if I needed anything (brought outextra ketchup, mints, hand wipes; asked if I needed refills etc). I felt like I was at a VIP customer at a high end restaurant. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jonathan and Chick Fil A! Read more
Had a card voucher for a complimentary chicken sandwich meal asked the girl at the intercom if i could get any chicken sandwich... meal she said yes. I asked for the spicy chicken sandwich meal. When i got to the drive-thru window they said that i couldn'tget that meal but. I said the girl said I could and didn't properly explain that the voucher was only for certain chickenmeals.The short blonde manager with the blue polo said she wouldn't honor it. So i just said i would get chicken sandwich mealon a wheat bun which they charged me for. When i get home i have a plain bun. Her attitude was trash and it definitely wasn't my pleasure ???? disappointed. Read more
