This has truly become the worse Chic fila. I have ordered 2 salads from here in the last 6 months and both had hair in them. The... 1st salad had a blond curly hair and the 2nd had a black hair. Today I ordered something completely different and they gave myorder to the car ahead of me. Instead of them discarding the food or letting them have it they took the food back into the drivethru door. I asked the chic fila employee if the food he gave me was the food that was just in the car that was in front of meand he stated no, but I knew it was a lie. I could tell by how the bag looked and also the drinks. I check the bag when I gethome and it looks like half of one of my fries is gone and the nuggets that were at the bottom of the bag was open so you cantell someone was in it. Very upset right now. I truly tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they have shownthat this place is trash now. DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIC FILA. Take the ride and go elsewhere. It's CFA, so the food is great, that's a given. The main issue this location has is with it's parking - the way the drive... through loops around back and the narrow passages makes for a less than ideal situation when trying to park or leave. Had acouple of close calls with other drivers just trying to get in and out on a Saturday afternoon, can't even imagine during realpeak times. Read more

I?ve only been to this location one other time. No complaints both times. Line moved fast for a Friday at 6:20pm. I was... surprised. I put our order in as a mobile order while in line and was expecting to have to wait. I was happily surprised howorganized and fast they work here. Order was accurate and hot. Fresh food as always. Great customer service. Clerks walk around keeping the dining area clean and making sure guest are... satisfied or need anything. They also bring your meal to the table so you don't have to wait. Read more

Have come here 3 times now. First they forgot to take lettuce off my sandwich, then no fries, and finally, this time I ordered a... large fry and it showed up not even half full. Edited to add: I called the provided number and they did absolutely nothing butmake excuses and deny my request for a refund/replacement meal. They said "sometimes the fries shrink after taking them out ofthe fryer". I know how shrinkage works...you don't have less than 1/3 of a box because of shrinkage. Better food than any other fast-food restaurant. Very busy at times with a double width line of cars wrapped around the... building, yet somehow they always get your order correct and in record time.
