We love Cake and now love it even more! We recently wound up there after waiting an hour for a breakfast that never came at... Breakfast Boutique (we left, something we've literally never done before!). Cake would have been our first choice, but we werehungry and expected a wait (understandable, given the quality of their food and their excellent service). After the badexperience at the Boutique, we made our way to Cake, both of us weak with hunger (not exaggerating - our blood sugar hadplummeted). Fortunately, our timing was perfect and we were seated quickly. The waitstaff at Cake is extremely professional; wehave never had a long wait for our food at Cake, so waiting for a table is well worth it. And their food is EXCELLENT! Myfavorite is the breakfast burrito. I also usually share the fruit bowl with my husband as a starter; it is always fresh and alovely seasonal variety. Love, love, love Cake! Read more

This a great place to go if your in the Chestnut Hill area. I?ve been here a few different times, and it hasn?t disappointed... yet. The food is always delish and the customer service was great. You do have to order al la carte, but it?s worth it. Onlydownside is the space. The area is compact but I love that it?s in the back of a florist. A good place if you?re dining solo orwith a group.
