The burger was great. But the fries..... were old, burnt, and dry. U could easily see they were reheated. I didn't have time... to ask for a fresh batch because I was in a hurry and the food took almost 15 minutes at an empty restaurant. This was my 1st visit & I ordered large onion rings because the cashier told me the regular size only had 3 onion rings in the... order. I was impressed with the amount of onion rings in this order & the size of them, however they were only crispy on theoutside (thin layer) & super thick amount of dough uncooked on the next layer. They were absolutely horrible & the worst onionrings I have ever had! I will never come back. What a waste of $ this was. I hope they don't normally serve these uncookeddough onion rings like this to everyone. Read more

Chicken and burgers are great. Onion rings are tasty but large and hard to fit in the mouth. This location serves beer on tap... and in cans. Pretty busy on holiday parade night, and the bench style seating was the only option because tables are morepopular. Read more
I have heard rave reviews of this place but as a Rhode Islander, I never had the opportunity to try it for myself. Well, tonight... I stumbled across this location and knew we had to check it out. My fiancée and I both ordered the BurgerFi burgers and I hadthe Urban Style fries while she had the onion rings. Worst experience ever, I had my kids with me and we ordered burgers meal with oreos milkshakes. Cashier could not take our order... because music was so loud. Next burgers were so over cooked and dry, order came wrong. When I returned my order manger give mehard time, it was out fault we didn?t order right. My daughter saw mice in the bathroom. Costumer service was at worst level. Iordered beer and they didn?t even had bottle opener. I had to open on my chair. I spent $56.99 and left hungry and angry.
