Most of the time the staff is polite! The only complaint is my daughters burger had a hair in it!! The Phillies won so I didn?t... even bothered to call and go get a new one because I know it was going to be a mess out there. This is so gross smh Read more
I work for a delivery service I went to this restaurant to pick up a customer's order. Waited 15 minutes for somebody to wait on... me at the delivery line. So I said to a supervisor how do I get somebody to wait on me I've been waiting here 15 minutes? Shesays well you're a delivery service aren't you, we don't start making orders until you come in. I said I've been here 15 minutesand no one's waiting on me and you're just going to start to make the order now my customers got to wait that long? She said youdon't have to wait you can just leave. Terrible service and I can see why because the manager has no clue on how to treat theircustomers or delivery personnel. I did leave and I'm giving her this review as a parting gift. Don't ever order delivery fromthis place if you want your food at a reasonable time. Read more
Just came from the Burger King and we ordered an 8pc nugget and mozzarella sticks. They each came with one sauce. I asked for... another and they told me it cost 16 cents. That's ridiculous other fast food places don't charge you. Also they gave me coldnuggets. Read more

Customer service is ok food taste good when prepared. My only problem is cooks have no clue what goes on the Bacon King.... According to Menu it?s two double 1/4# burgers not one. Please educate your cooks and staff on how the sandwiches should beprepared. Other than that I don?t have any issues with this location. Read more
