I am always impressed by how clean this store and restrooms are. Everyone pitches in, including the shift managers. It is not... uncommon for me to walk in to make a purchase only to see the shift manager wiping tables or mopping the dining area. They have a comedian working the drive thru window, but the food is made fresh and the wait is never long.
This bk is so ghetto. They state the ice machine is broken all the time . So I stated that to the employee . Here goes the... Manger and tell us not to disrespect the employee when no one said anything to him he did not want to give me my order. This isnot the first time they state what ever is advertised they don't have they do it all the time . We?ve been to this location a couple of times. The food is hot and fresh. Customer service could be better. Tonight I stopped... for a quick meal for the kids and paid with a credit card. I asked the girl if everything was in the bag. Of course she says yesand does not bother to double check. I checked quickly because I didn?t want to hold the person up behind me. Get home and we?remissing 2 double cheeseburgers. I called the store and spoke to Doug. I was told I have to stop in the store for a refund. Hewas nice but the point is that people need to be more careful and take their time. I rather wait longer to have what I paid forand my order right. Read more
This is the second time I've come to this burger King I asked for a ch King deluxe sandwich which consists of lettuce tomatoes... and pickles as you may see in the photos and receipt we got home and no lettuce or anything else not sure if the person readingthe screen is illiterate or just doesn't care about customer service ???? a customer should get what they paid for Read more

Fast drive thru service but my onion ringd were cold , my lucky charms milkshake cup was only 60% filled & the drive thru leads... you directly to the str where on coming cars are hard to see.. Not a good location @ all..I enjoyed my classic grilled dog.. Iwill return & remember to check everything before i drive off.. Read more
You're typical fast food place, Barb, the person taking and filling orders is nice and friendly. Food was fresh and enjoyable.... Seems a bit lost in the 80's with the muzak playing over the PA system though. Nice experience all around. Read more
