I am always impressed by how clean this store and restrooms are. Everyone pitches in, including the shift managers. It is not... uncommon for me to walk in to make a purchase only to see the shift manager wiping tables or mopping the dining area. They have a comedian working the drive thru window, but the food is made fresh and the wait is never long.
This bk is so ghetto. They state the ice machine is broken all the time . So I stated that to the employee . Here goes the... Manger and tell us not to disrespect the employee when no one said anything to him he did not want to give me my order. We?ve been to this location a couple of times. The food is hot and fresh. Customer service could be better. Tonight I stopped... for a quick meal for the kids and paid with a credit card. I asked the girl if everything was in the bag. Of course she says yesand does not bother to double check. I checked quickly because I didn?t want to hold the person up behind me. Get home and we?remissing 2 double cheeseburgers. I called the store and spoke to Doug. I was told I have to stop in the store for a refund.
