Waiting two hours for food tasted like it had been sitting for an hour and a half. Wont order again
Honestly one of the dirtiest spots in Philly. I rather go down to Kensington and Lehigh and test my luck getting food.... Everything is either over cooked and greasy or undercooked and not edible. I wouldn?t feed my dog their food. Read more
I wish I could give one star. I ordered with estimated delivery time of 2:30am-2:40am? I called at 2:50am, they told me the... driver was leaving in 5 mins. I called them again at 3:20am and the man?s aid the best he could do was give me an estimate of?soon?. I said I want my food and my money back and he very rudely said ?you know what? I?m cancelling your order, thank you?and he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service and workers. Don?t give a delivery time if you can?t meet it and then act likeit?s the customer?s fault when your service is absolute garbage. Editing to add: the owner?s response is trash too :)from thelooks of it, this is an ongoing issue that they do not care to fix. UPDATE: I couldn't reply to your response, but your driver never once called my phone. I had to reach out to Slice to see what... was going on with delivery, just to be told that your driver got attacked outside & went back to the restaurant. I have noreason to lie. And in regards to a tip, I pay in cash for that depending on the service. Placed an order thru Slice fordelivery & was beyond disappointed! After waiting an hour & a half they said the driver got attacked trying to deliver my order& this wasn't the first time (nobody was ever outside my house & I've never ordered here before) but he drove back there & saidthey were sending another driver. Well then they said nobody was coming!!! After I placed the order they called me to confirm &now I get it...they just didn't wanna deliver to North Philly. Bad business!!! Read more
The place says it?s open until 4, and we called and ordered at 2 AM for a pizza and some garlic knots. They gladly accepted our... order and payment. My friends and I are a 4 minute drive away but we didn?t get our order until after 4:45. We never got a callfrom them, but we called 3 times to follow up an hour, and hour and a half, and another 15 after that to make sure we were stillgetting the food we already paid for. The original estimate was 50 minutes. We called and overheard them on speaker saying theydidn?t even know if the order was completed. Each time we called we were told the food was 15 minutes or less away. Eventuallywe got the food close to 5AM, and it was mediocre, which is totally fine for late night food, but don?t tell your customers it?son the way and it takes 2.5 hours to deliver. Just be more honest or get on top of your ordering-prep process. Read more
I never write reviews, but this pizza place is god awful. First of all, gtf off of grub hub if you can?t even deliver. Secondly,... don?t advertise your hours as ?Closing at 3:45 or 4 am? that?s obviously not true. Lastly, when you are STILL OPEN and see aDELIVERY REQUEST come through maybe decline it or even CALL THE CUSTOMER when you KNOW you can?t do it. Your pizza wasn?t evenworth it. Read more
Horrible!! Just ordered a pizza burger and cheese fries. The cheese was the weirdest looking and tasting cheese. It was like... liquid American cheese??Blehhh!!! The cheese burger smelled like rusted iron. I could smell it through the wrap. Took a bite andgagged. I can?t get the smell of iron off my hands. The guy serving me handed me the food very suspiciously. They moved fromtheir old location and I think they?re trying to get rid of rotten inventory before they liquidate. STAY AWAY!!! Read more
