Bad customer service. I asked for a sample of a flavor and was told no. Then I ordered it and it was way too soft and melty and... I didn?t like the flavor. The older gentleman who runs it puts his entire head into the freezer to scoop ice cream with no hairnet. Disgusting. Read more

During this pandemic this ice cream shop only takes orders at the door and then the owner gets your ice cream order. They need... to print a menu including prices that you can look at outside, otherwise you're just guessing. However, the ice cream is yummyis always. Read more
Went in early Oct 2020. Due to covid, the store is closed to customers. They came to the door (with a mask on) took the order... and the payment method, and came back with the ice cream and the receipt. Quick service and I appreciated the safety measures! Read more
Basking Robins has the best tasting ice cream out off all the ice cream chains I?ve been to. Their ice cream is creamy... goodness!! I usually opt for the Chocolate chip cookie dough and Strawberry ice cream. Inside is nice clean and the ice creamsits in a glass window. They offer other things too such as ice cream cake, smoothies, milkshakes etc. Defiantly my place ofchoice if I?m feeling like I want some ice cream. Read more
Great Ice cream spot with a solid selection of ice creams, sherbets and cakes! They have my favorite flavor daiquiri and I... haven?t been able to find this flavor anymore at like any location. I am quiet excited about this and will be coming back. Veryfast and polite service. It?s hard to spot though, you wouldn?t see from the street. Read more
