This was literally a waste of money. I had this at Linvilla Orchards after waiting in line for over 40 mins I ordered the Beef... brisket and BBQ chicken. The beef brisket was inedible way to much salt. The Mac and cheese was ok, the collard greens weresalty as well. The southern slaw was good. this was literally thee NASTIEST BBQ I?ve ever had. I had it at Linville Orchard and I?m from Jersey so by the time I saw the... inside of my platter and tried it I was already home. FIRST OF ALL The lady taking orders was actually rude. She was braggingabout the brisket? when I tell you that brisket was DISGUSTING, it was so disappointing because my family waited in line forabout 1hr &30 mins to order food. Had at the food festival yesterday after waiting 45mins ran out of sides but still had to pay full price woman taking the orders... was disgustingly rude to paying customer for no reason lacks complete customer service and I wanted to use them for catering butnot with her. I ordered a 1/2 slab of ribs from their food truck today at Eakins Oval during a black festival. I want to make it clear that I... am a white single man that lives in a 99% black neighborhood in W. Philly. I waited 30 minutes for my order and saw AT LEAST ADOZEN ORDERS MADE AFTER MINE GET FILLED. On a chance I tipped which would NEVER have done for this TERRIBLE SERVICE anywhereelse. I would like to think the color of my skin didn't have anything to do with it, but since my ribs were cold when I got themthe only conclusion I can come to my skin. First let me point out that my friend and I waited in line for an hour and a half, followed by more waiting after you placed... your order. The Atmosphere was amazing because it was at the orchard however the bbq was not worth any period of waiting. Thebeans were straight from a can, the Mac and cheese was just ok, the brisket was dry due to it sitting on top of a slice of breadthat soaked up all the juices. Black people we need to step it up when cooking for the masses. No other food trucks line tookthis long. Never Ever Again. Read more
