The biscuits were tasteless Also brought a small portion of baked macaroni it wasn't baked and it looked like a mixture of two... different batches. Very disappointed! I spent 72 dollars today in there between my son and I and the food was pretty good. The customer service was even better. It?s... nothing like spending your money in feeling GOOD while spending it. I ordered the salmon platter with shrimp on top and when Iarrived home they forgot to add my shrimp. Check ya platters. It was a honest mistake. I used to call to try to order ahead of time and could never ever get through. So I finally got up and went into the store.... Aunties Biscuits was recommended by an old friend and I must say I wasn't as WOWed as I'd thought I'd be. The guy at the frontwas pleasant and welcoming..no issues there. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak rolls (they were out of beef but I was the 1stcustomer of the day) and stringed beans because the collard greens weren't ready for another half hr (understandable). Thecheesesteak rolls crust was different and I loved it. However there could have been a little more flavor in the cheesesteak ANDmore cheese. The stringed beans came out piping hot which was good but then it made me cringe. Absolutely no flavor at all and Iended up throwing them out. Maybe it is what I ordered or maybe different cooks cook better than one another. I will give themanother shot for sure ordering a different meal and update later. But for now no rush back at all. Also-- the prices weredifferent online, in store...they've seem to go up $2-$4 on each item. How can you go up and the food is still mediocre? And whyaren't the prices listed as they should be? The biscuits aren't the same, the way they are made changes often. Sometimes sweet and soft, other times dryer and/or burnt. I... mean biscuits are apart of the name brand so they should ALWAYS be on point if nothing else. The turkey burger was big andjuicy and did taste good. However my family ordered the chicken a few times and the pieces change a lot. They have had fullwings, and wing ding pieces, and even full wings and wing dings mixed. This should not happen....if there's a problem, thecustomer should be told that when ordering instead of being surprised and not knowing what kind of chicken they will get. Thesides are the best of everything and usually taste the same. But what's the biggest deal breaker is the customerservice.....its become garbage! The way the phone is answered....attitude and not enunciating words so we know what is beingsaid....instead we're put on hold and when they come back sometimes they hang up. Also going outside to smoke weed then comeback in smelling like it is disgusting! Its too ignorant and ghetto. Ordered over the phone, food was ready when we got there. Person behind the counter was about his business but kind. Parking is... an issue so i hopped out while hubby waited in the car. We've only tried a few things (list below) but the Food was flavorfuland good (just a tad on the salty side). Some items are more pricey but so worth it given what you get for the price. I willsay i think its bananas that they charge $2 per biscuit if you want extra biscuits. Ridiculousness!! Needless to say i stuckwith the one that comes with the dinner platter. What We've tried. Ordered takeout. Only waited 20 minutes. Stuffed Salmon has me stuffed. Baked mac was very cheesy and good. String beans were... pretty tasty. Potato salad was a lil sweet for my taste but still good. And of course the biscuit which came with the platter,sweet and delicious. Read more

Their website states that they open at 12pm. I arrived at 12pm, just to see the sign state that they open at 1:30pm. I started... calling to place my order at 1:30pm and they never answered the phone. I must?ve called about 20 times. I arrived at thelocation at about 1:35pm and I placed my order at 1:53pm. The order wasn?t ready until 4:23pm. That is beyond acceptable. I washoping for the freshest food ever as a result. The food just wasn?t impressive at all. The wings were cold and ridiculouslysmall party wings instead of full sized wings found at a normal soul food spots. The Mac and cheese was nothing to rave aboutand lacked flavor. The biscuits, while warm, were burnt. The cheesesteak egg roll, I can?t say how they taste because I refusedto eat it when I saw it. They were over cooked and looked nothing like an egg roll. The yams and fries were the bestitems.........that?s not good. I?m sorry, I love supporting local businesses regardless of race or creed and I had VERY highexpectations, but this experience will keep me loyal to my regular Soul Food Restaurant ?Just To Serve You? on Girard Avenue. Iwasted $63 here and would dispute it with my bank if I could. That?s how disappointed I was. Oh, and despite the fact that themenu says you can order a dozen biscuits, you can?t get more than six TOTAL. That turned out to be a good thing, because Iwanted to order 12.
