Weirdest experience ever. Should have realized when I couldn?t open the door that I should try something else. Checkout and... ordering was confusing. One guy behind the counter slowly making sandwiches. Empty register off to the side. Ordered the swchicken and was told they only had one kind of bread which made my $10 sandwich half the size it was supposed to be. Cashierkept disappearing. How is a sandwich place out of bread? Why couldn?t I some how be compensated? Both staff members just staredat me with no sense of welcoming or customer service. Won?t be back here Read more

The asiago bagel was surprisingly good! I'm picky about bagels and don't trust chains like this. Better than dunkin for sure

The coffee is always hot and the food is quite delicious too! Even the people working here are pretty friendly. It's a good... place to get lunch in the station. Read more

I got the Mediterranean wrap and it was delicious! An older man with an accent made it so carefully, I could tell he knew... exactly what he was doing. Probably the best wrap of my life, I enjoyed every bite. One star off because they were all out ofsoup. Read more

Poor service. Selective service. I waited for staff to stop socializing and take my order and totally overlooked me and waited... on someone else. I decided to leave. Hate to see how they prepare my food if can?t pay attention to details and customerservice. Will nit be back! Read more

Coffee is good. pastries even better. But the service is spotty at best and management is poor. I went today. I asked about the... freshness of the pastries because last time around the one I got was stale. "Oh they were made today" says the counter person.Great, but no apology for the past staleness or offer of recompense. Then, I refuse a bag for my items and the cashier throwsaway the perfectly good unused bag. Sad. And wasteful. Read more

The breakfast sandwich?s bread tasted like raw dough. I was charged $5.39 for a ham breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta bread,... which I asked to be toasted first, but they didn?t follow my instructions. I was charged extra for cheese without beingnotified, and there was only one and a half thin slices of ham. The cashier was very kind and friendly, that is why I didn?treturn to the store to ask for my money back. Read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich with simple modifications - egg whites instead or eggs, bagel instead of ciabatta - and got... something completely different. Didn't realize they messed it up until I was on my train leaving the station. I paid extra formy mods too...the sandwich artists here simply don't care. Check your order before you walk out of the store. Read more
