I've NEVER given a hardworking, legit business one star but, these guys absolutely earned it. Everyone has different taste buds... and I can even give a business love just for their food being fresh... Even if there isn't a flow of herbs and spices. Thisplace should just throw EVERYTHING out and remember what their dream was cultivated on/ about. Just ordered from this particular restaurant and was given the wrong order. I ordered a large Curry chicken platter and was... given a large oxtail platter. When I called about my order I was placed on hold but somebody forgot to put me on mute. The factthat you knew the wrong order was going to my address livid me even more. I also did not appreciate the presentation of theoxtail and the fact that you wanted me to drive up to Baltimore pike to retrieve the right order. I order bbq chicken wings platter that suppose to come with cabbage and bananas plus a side of yam and bake mac and it was the... most horrible food I ever ate like they was not even trying to make it look good. I didn?t receive the cabbage or rice or bananathat came with the platter. Just the wings and the bbq sauce was so spicy. It didn?t say nothing about it being spicy. I purchased the jerk chicken. It wasn't fully cooked. The meat was tough. The jerk sauce was a spicy gravy, not jerk sauce. The... plantains seemed like the frozen microwavable ones. They were not freshly cooked and they told me they were cooking them as Iwaited. That was not their best work. They normally have better days. Prices increased ridiculously. The curry chicken wasn't high on the list as far as being good. It was after 7:30pm on a Thursday, so I'm glad they were open,... but the food didn't taste fresh. The guy was nice, the food was good enough and the small platter had enough food for $10. Read more
