I've had some bad experiences with commercialized restaurants in the past. The people that worked there were very nice. We left... our money at home and started to leave and before we got into our car to leave there was a young gentleman that worked thereasking us and trying to hand US money to get us something to eat. That was really really really heartwarming to know thatsomebody was out there with a heart like that. So I'm going to give this particular crystals a four-star rating. Read more
A complete ripe off of WHITE CASTLE Favorite. Meat was overly dry and could of used more flavor and onions.

I ordered the Krystals bacon burger thing idk what it's called... I hate going to this restaurant but it was the only thing... open and we was heading home late from the hospital and my kids was hungry. We can not stand mustard and asked not to putmustard on any of our burgers and mustard was caked on this burger meal... not the rest just this meal. YUCK! Read more
Worse everytime we stop and this will be our last time to ever try and eat at this dive. 45 minutes in a FAST FOOD drive thru to... never receive food and have to leave and be late is ridiculous. This was the first and only Krystals I went to locally for the longest time. Honestly you never know what you?ll get at a... Krystals. Last time I went on a dark foggy night not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Walked in the lobby andmiraculously wasn?t told to leave for a change which was refreshing. Also the smaller frame black cashier was on point. She wasfriendly and promptly served me when ready. All the workers inside seemed focused on their duties. Food hit the spot. Read more
