When this location first opened they were very quick and offered great service. My last visit to this location was not great at... all. I went through drive-thru as usual, I placed my order and drove around. My order was wrong and mixed up. After the secondtime of telling them my order was wrong, instead of the young lady being apologetic she got an attitude with me. She said "Ialready fixed her order" and rolls her eyes. I asked why was she mad when you guys are the ones getting my order worng? At thispoint I'm upset because you didn't just get my order incorrect once, but twice and you have a nasty attitude. So, I pulled intoa park and went inside. A different young lady assisted me. I did ask for a manger, but no manager was on duty. I left with afree cookie and items still missing from my order. Firstly, I?ll start off by saying if there was anyway to give a lower rating I would. For starters any time I go here, they... always get my order wrong or on the miracle that it?s correct, the portions/presentation is absolutely pitiful. As you can seefrom the picture these ?Tenders? are not even bigger than my own finger! Really? A tender? Come on. Almost 11$ for fourminiature tenders and some fries? How does that even make sense. My husband even got a chicken sandwich there and the patty wasno bigger than a half dollar coin! When trying to take it back we get incompetent people looking me dead in the eyes completelyunsure what the problem was? Unbelievable. Over priced place for no quality food. Just came from there through the drive thru. This place used to be great every time but it?s really gone downhill in the past... month or 2. I was charged for 2 spicy zax sauces, only got one, I got the cheese bites and the amount I got for the amount Ipaid was insane. Also, I specifically asked for marinara and was given ranch. There?s absolutely no seasoning on our fries, theytaste so bland. Our pieces of chicken are so small, it?s crazy that they found each of these pieces as a full one. My last visit to Zaxby's a month ago was terrible because the two kids grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered were so incredibly... salty they could not physically be eaten. I trashed both of them. Tonight I go back and explain my last experience and ask ifthey can make a grilled cheese that is less salty, if they can't, I don't want it. They agree and I go home only to find two ofthese meals which clearly are not grilled cheese sandwiches. Now it is late and I drive back to Zaxby's near closing time, asusual there is no less than 8 vehicles waiting in the drive thru and the dining room is closed. There is no way I will make itto the window and be able to get the correct food by 10PM, closing time. So another visit to Zaxby's and two more meals in thetrash.
