Why 3 stars? The food was good as always, but $11.69 for 6 fingers slaw and fries. The issue? They've stopped putting the slaw... in a separate container. This cuts in half the old portions of fries and slaw. 30% increase in price, 30% reduction in product. Read more

I never have any problems with wait time or food. I did have a problem with an app order. I'm not sure if it was user error or... system error. I won't go into details just to save the restaurant some hassle from scammers. However it was corrected with theleast amount of effort on my behalf as possible. Read more

Here lately the ?zalads? haven?t been fresh. Yesterday I ordered a fried cobb salad and the cucumbers were translucent and... slimy. I went on my lunch break and ordered a zaxbys house zalad and a zaxbys signature club sandwich. First of all the attendant from... the drivethru seemed to not be paying attention. I had to repeat the order multiple times. Secondly, i used to brag about how asalad from zaxbys was the only salad around that actually got me full. It was well underportioned compared to other visits andthey didnt add the fried onions that usually come with the house zalad. Thirdly, the signature club sandwich which i bought formy coworker had the tiniest 1 piece of bacon on it. Literally about an inch long and a centimeter in diameter. Im leaving thisrating so that maybe they tighten up. Im not saying i wont go back but it definitely will be awhile. I love zaxbys so that wasvery disappointing. This was by far my worst experience and first bad experience at any zaxbys. Im just going to assume youhave a bunch of new hires in there that don't know what they're doing. So next time if you get back to normal i will leave you 5stars because for almost 10 dollars a meal we deserve better than that. Read more

So i asked for my drinks to have no ice, I get to the window I hear them say they put ice in it. I tell them I don?t want ice... again and the heavier set woman with curly hair said ? you can come in and make the drinks yourself if you?d like? ???? i toldher no I have a newborn in the car that would be too much for me! Like she seriously told me to come in and make it myself whenI clearly came through the drive through. Our food was very good. We had a combo of wings and fingers. Service was very good. What was alarming was the way the staff... talked to each other. We heard repeated cuss words and several loud shut ups. We?ve been to probably 100 Zaxby?s and this wasthe first time I ever heard the disrespect between associates. Let's see. Order online wasn't made when I got there; wait 23 minutes. Three flies flying and walking over the counter. Dunking... donuts coffee container in the food pickup window between cook area and order area. A cook kept on touching his right ear; notsure if he had air pods it or not. He shouldn't be doing that. At least he had gloves on Young lady up front kept on draggingthe palm of her hand up against her nostrils (7x during my visit) then proceeded to put boxes in bags. Did not wash her hands atall.
