Ordered grilled chicken combo. Wanted Parmesan salad, at the 280 Phenix City address, however I was told they were out of that... item. My order was placed @ about 10:30 PM, so it's possible no Parmesan salad. The grilled chicken sandwich left a lot to bedesired- two pitiful pieces of lettuce; the diet Coke tasted like straight up seltzer water and the French fries barely filledtheir container. On top of this, I think I was overcharged for the food-inflation be darned! The menu board said $7.19, yet Iforked over $10.00+. And there was no receipt given for my purchase. I really didn't ask for a receipt after being stunned x2. I went back the following evening but playing it safe (and ordering earlier in the evening) only ordered a large French fry.And I asked for a receipt the person taking my money said the register ran out of paper, I wouldn't get a receipt. I think the"Honeymoon" period for this Wendy's locale has worn off. And if what I've gathered from previous reviews I'm now reading,Wendy's on 280 might need to consider big time improvements. We were elated to finally be getting a Wendy's here. But this store needs to get their act together. Been several times now and... it's always chaos, long wait times or missing/messed up items. Employees are seen on their phones constantly. Very littlecustomer service. Disappointing really. Read more

I usually don?t leave reviews, I believe mistakes happen and people are human. But every time I go through the drive through... here my order is wrong. This time I was missing a 10 piece nugget, burger wasn?t plain, and soda was regular not diet. I guessit?s my fault for not checking the bag before I pulled off and just assuming that since the order was correct on the screen andthe receipt that it would be correct in the bag. It?s correct when I order in store or on doordash but for some reason drivethru is always wrong. Spent $40 on food for myself, my husband, and our 2 little kids and all I got out of it was a large frythat wasn?t even full. Read more

I just want to say that the people who work at this store are just some of the sweetest I've come across in a long time. Thank... you for making my experience so enjoyable.
