This subway is going down hill, I normally go to this subway since it?s super close to my work but after my last experience I... will not be going back. There?s two girls that look like they do not want to be there. I asked for a pizza, one of the girlssaid ?you?ll have to dine in because we don?t have any boxes? that?s fine but I?m trying to go back to work. I asked for asandwich instead. I got half of my sandwich order and then the lady at the register asked me if I wanted a meal is just thesandwich, I went ahead and said meal. I asked her if she should put this amount on my gift card and the rest on my other cardand she said they couldn?t do that. Well, I?ve never heard of a restaurant to not be able to do that. After I paid, I had to goback for the later to finish my order while she?s taking other peoples orders. I get my drink and I?m looking for lids andthere?s no lids. One, you have no boxes for pizza. This subway is completely backwards! So I put in an online order, I receive an email stating it's confirmed and received, get to... the store 5 minutes after pick up, and I get told it's not made yet. And have to wait till all the customers get done first. Soas I wait, more and more and more people come in. I finally decided to just get in line so he can make my order. When I got tothe store, 1 customer was in there. And another worker was coming out the back.Talk about being mad! This is why I put in anonline order! To not have to wait in line or in front of the counter. UPDATE: I ended having to get in line and just stand infront of the counter so they can make sandwiches . Order should of been ready for pick up at 6:51 pm, I finally walked out ofthe store at 7:25! The whole point of ordering online was useless! When you're the only two people in line at a subway you'd expect things to move somewhat fast, that didn't happen today. The two... employees moved slower than I'm used to at a Subway and the sandwiches were not properly cut as well as being a mess. This wasour first time at this location, probably won't be going back. I went there to grab a sandwich while my family member was in recovery at the hospital down the road. The man making my sandwich... was rude. That should have been my first clue not to eat there. No meatballs for meatball sub. That's semi-acceptable. But, then, I ordered a veggie salad and they charged me for the price of... a protein bowl because... (you won't believe the reason) they were out of salad bowls. If I go to another Subway, it won't bethis one! Read more
Randomly closed at 2:00? Why does this location just close whenever it feels like it? Came over to Publix....it?s actually... better quality boars head meat and cheese...definitely won?t be getting subway with the Publix deli so close. Read more
I frequent subway often and yesterday was probably my 4th time coming to this location, it was around 1:45 and there was only 2... people behind the counter. Upon walking in, there wasn't a welcome and there was only one person making sandwiches with 3 peopleahead of me. The station wasn't stocked and they were out of bellpeppers for sure. The manager or guy that seemed to have beenin charge was rude to a customer ahead of me and acted as if I wanted to steal a bag of chips ????. The young lady who waspreparing sandwiches was leaning on the prep board as if she was tired, this is very unsanitary. If this location doesn't becomemore professional they're going to lose a lot of business. Read more
