It depends on the day/staff to how the food and service will be. I have gotten items cancelled from mobile orders w/o an... explanation until after they've hit the button to charge my card. Most morning visits, I've gotten hot food. Burgers can bemade sloppy, with condiments all over the wrapper. The waits were long on multiple visits...30 mins one Saturday when I wentinside. The elderly lady will dispute you 100 % when you say your drink is made by wrong. Just ask someone else to make whatyou actually ordered, no sense in arguing where change is avoided. Read more
Staff is always friendly & food is quick even when they?re busy. Inside of restaurant is clean, to include the play place. There... are always cleaning wipes stocked for you to clean the tables etc. Read more
Never seen someplace so disorganized. They left every single drink and fry off our order and messed up 2 of 3 burgers. Staff had... horrible attitudes about us asking for our stuff, too. Something tells me the people working there need to get paid better andthat they need more employees. I'm not even mad at the employees for being rude. I'm blaming that directly on the owner who isclearly working these people to death. Read more
It was horrible, the service was bad. Noone knew what they were doing. Asked for Splenda in my coffee got a cup of Sugar. Waited... about 45 minutes on my order 2 Sausage Egg biscuits..I will.not be going back there. Came from Georgia headed to Mississippiwas not expecting to pay for that kind of service. Read more

The dinner room was not open. Ordered on the app was told at the pick up window they were out of the apple pie would we take a... strawberry pie we said okay. Then we got our food. we had 3 pies when we ordered 2, and we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and we had 2cheeseburgers and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I'm not complaining about extra food, but I hope the next order wasn't shortedfood! When I order one the apps, I don't get how they can mess an order! Read more
