When it takes you 20 mins to order inside? and your chicken sandwich is not only burnt but COLD? Like how?.
I never leave reviews, but this location is absolutely awful. They completely ignore customers who come inside to order. They... operate the drive-thru at about 1 car every 3-4 minutes? I assume they cannot take payments and orders by multi-tasking. Justall-around terrible. Read more
Took my two year old to get food and play on the playground it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in forever and the floor in the... kids play room was so nasty and greasy he fell three times . Someone's child is going to bust there head in there . Had to go tothe counter to ask for napkins , told the lady at the counter it was to clean the table so we could eat because they were nasty, she just said okay and gave us the napkins instead of going and cleaning the tables off. Ordered through door dash. The dasher said that they were very slow and he had to keep asking where our food was. We get it and... were missing the quarter pounder with cheese and I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions and it had onions on it. I triedcalling but it just says that the inbox is full and to try back later. I feel like they make it where you can?t call bc theywould have so many complaints from where they don?t care. I?m not sure how these ppl think they should get higher wages whenthey are rude half the time and don?t care about giving people what they have paid for. Read more
Just went through the drive thru and spent $18 on 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, and a caramel frappe. #1, all three... sandwiches were ICE cold. Not like room temp cold, like just pulled out the fridge cold. Paid nearly $2 for an extra slice ofcheese on 2 of the sandwiches. No extra cheese. Only got 1 hash brown. This is ridiculous. I?m a manager at a fast food franchise, i get it. I understand you?re trying to close and get out of the store as soon as... possible, but there is no reason i should?ve sat at the mic for 10 min (being the only person in line), then pull around to thewindow and have an employee be rude just for making sure they weren?t closed. Ridiculous. I know for a matter of fact you canhear everything with a head set on and it would?ve taken three seconds to reply to my hellos and ask me to hold on for a second. Read more
Went in lobby and ordered coffee and fries. The young lady communicated fresh coffee was brewing. ????. Then she gave me, my... hot fresh fries, to eat while waiting and watching television. ???????????? That's great service!!! Read more
