The food was okay didn't get a lot for the famous bowl but I ate it because I was hungry and didn't feel like stopping no where... else since I was on my lunch break. Food was really good but not clean. It was a bothersome to the staff to be asked for napkins and silverware.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Just waited an hour for food we were told would take 7 min. We were also told we couldn't have... a receipt because there was no paper. 2, 3 piece meals with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Nothing special. After an hour we weretold that they still hadnt made our order. We were the only customer asked to park and wait another 10 minutes. After a further30 minutes we again went to ask for our food and were asked to see our reciept. We told them we didn't get one and they told usthere's no way to find our order or see if we paid. We are Caucasian and the woman in the drive through was African American aswell as the other employees. I do feel like we were cast aside in a racist way. Not everyone can afford the luxury of eatingout. I'm a cancer patient and my husband struggles to work enough to make us by. So eating out is a treat for us. Little do theyknow, they sent us away with no food at home and it was late enough from waiting so long, that no other place was open to getfood. I will never eat at this kfc again. There's no reason for hateful and rude behavior. Whatever issues an emoyee has theyneed to leave that behavior at the door before they clock in. If this is a standard for your employees, I sincerely hope thatthis place goes under. Pitiful. Read more
Staff was friendly and professional while ordering through the drive thru. Food wasn?t as fresh and warm as it should have been... but the flavor was amazing and on point. I decided to try the spicy chicken bowl and there was plenty of gravy but half of thechicken was a little over cooked but it still tasted as it should. My bf decided to get their regular chicken bowl and said itbarely had any gravy and tasted bland. Biscuits were fresh and perfectly cooked. We would go back and try something different. Read more
