The only reason I gave two stars is because the morning team is great every other shift sucks. I went in there yesterday... afternoon they had no donuts and no espresso lol? it was kind of comical. All they had was coffee? they had four employees thereand one ingredient to sell lol Read more
I totally disagree with the negative comments below. This Dunkin Donut location employee are very respectful. I?m a regular... because the customer service. It?s the same energy inside the building and in drive thur. I?m respect that their employee showup for work. The employees put the customer first and if a mistake is made, they fix it with an apology following. The sweetestmanagers. My favorites are Phillip, and the middle age African American working the frontline. She always have her mask on.Sorry I?m not too good with names. She is dark skin, slim, and tall. People give the employees a hard time, but they stillassist them with no problem. I respect the employees here. They definitely care, because if they didn?t. They would be there.It?s a lady on the drive thru speaker who is so sweet. She always say honey, sweetie, or sweetheart. The you men there arerespectful as well. I don't know what some of these other reviewers are talking about. My experience is totally different. Every morning I am... greeted by Phil and Trey, they are both exceptional employees. Very polite and always get my order right. At this point theyknow my order as soon as they hear my voice. They are always fast and friendly. They keep they're work area clean and movingefficiently. The entire Phenix City crew is too notch to be honest, I haven't encountereda rude employee yet. I really enjoyvisiting this location. Read more
This establishment will sometimes serve you cold/warm coffee when you ask for hot coffee. The machine was out of order for the... croissant maker which I wasnt able to wait 30 minutes since I had somewhere else important to be; so I had to get a refund. Read more

Agree with all the other reviews?everyone is super rude here. Girl at the drive thru handed me back my card after getting our... drinks and just closed the window. No greeting, bye thank you, not even a receipt. Cold brew was good though. Read more
Great energy and vibes coming from the staff. Always get drinks quickly for how busy they are in the mornings.
