I was charged twice for an online order and i was left on hold twice when I called the store to try and clear the issue. The... delivery driver was given the wrong address on his order but luckily was able to make the delivery. There was a communicationissue with the driver but we were able to eventually find the right order that was mislabeled. The driver Travis was verypolite and courteous or else this would be a 1 star review. Hopefully I receive credit back to my account for being chargedtwice. Read more
If there was an option for a zero star rating they would have it. My food was sent to the wrong house, then the manager on duty... said," we'll remake that order as soon as they could" then I was told to stand outside to make sure the driver could find theright house. They had had the correct address, the driver wasn't even on the right block when they delivered the pizza. How isme standing outside going to help them find the correct house when they driver is completely incapable of delivering to theright street. I guess customer service is non-existance at that Dominos. -5/10 don't recommend. Read more
This was by far my favorite dominos experience ever and I lived at st Jude where we got domino?s for free daily so that?s saying... a lot I travel as well in the car business so every Saturday is pizza day!
