The smell of the poop farm next door is terrible, thr food here is almost never seemingly fresh. Customer service sucks

Horrible experience. I don't usually get taco bell. Now I know why. Didn't get what I ordered, they didn't tell us until we... went to pay that they were out of Tortillas for crunch wrap, and every one of our tacos was smashed. I will never go again. Read more
They keep forgetting to put every item order in the bag. I shouldn't have to double check their work to make sure they got... everything I ordered. It's not a very hard thing to do. Read more
Just went to the drive thru and ordered two of there crispy chipotle chicken tacos and I went to bite into one and it was two... wings bone in and the meat was completely raw. See pictures. If you?re allergic to anything or have dietary restrictions towards certain ingredients check all of your food before you... leave. I wish I could rate 0 stars after what we just went through with this location. My boyfriend had gotten us dinner fromthe Taco Bell so when I arrived home I could just eat with him. I can?t eat cheese or any dairy products & the order clearlysaid on the receipt to have none of those products in items he ordered for me. Every item had cheese, sour cream or a creamynacho sauce. We drove all the way back to get the order fixed & they gladly fixed it after I explained that I'm allergic andcannot eat the items. We drove all the way back home in a neighboring city and opened my food to having cheese, and creamy nachosauce in every item. We went back AGAIN, because we ordered a few items & weren?t going to waste our money. They then had themanager or shift lead come out to help me & I explained the same thing to him (that I?m allergic to cheese and dairy productsAND that this was now the third time I?ve had to come to Taco Bell). They gave me new food and out of 3 items only one was madecorrectly. I didn?t check because they told me they made it without ANY cheese products. When I got home for the third time Itook a bite out of my burrito and there was cheese, creamy jalapeño sauce AND nacho cheese. Now I?m absolutely not going back afourth time. I?ve almost spent more money in gas than our meals were worth. The employees, including management really need tobe aware of what customers are telling them to remove from their meals. Especially when it?s an allergy. Not only is it badservice but it could potentially be extremely dangerous to the consumer. To anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies, etcplease be careful & check your food before leaving this establishment. For those who are wondering why this location is a hit or miss at times: I worked here for a year in 2020. I was the only person... who was sober, literally 90% of my co workers were high. They all seemed to know each other too. Anyways that?s why there was somany mistakes. I?m not even old lol I?m 21 but literally everyone was messing around or high all the time. Needs bettermanagement and employees who are at least sober. Also there?s a sewage leak outside in the parking lot that hasn?t been fixed inforever that is causing the bad smell. Read more
