Everytime I go here literally I have to pull over and wait for usually 2 double quarter pounders. I usually have to wait 10-15... min. Tonight around 6:15 I had to wait 20 min. It's ridiculous it's supposed to be fast food. Maybe there short hand I don't nobut they need to get it together worse mcds I ever been top. Unfortunately only one in town. Worst McDonald?s! I walked in because the drive thru had a long line, the register had a long line so I ordered through the... Kisko. I ordered at 10:45am and at 11:06 they tell me they no longer sell breakfast and they would give me what they had! Giveme a refund, I was confused woman said we no longer have breakfast after 10:30am you ordered at 10:45 so why would this registerallow me to order breakfast? I said may I speak to your manager she said she was and refused to give me her name! She is the onepictured. I was very upset the fact that I was their customer and not willing to resolve my issue but say I will refund you forwhat we don?t have and give you what we have! I asked to speak to someone hire then her and refereed me to Krystal and I tellher I ordered on your register and it It let me order food, she said breakfast ends at 10:30am and we?ve been like that for 5years! Well excuse miss Krystal but I haven?t been to McDonald?s in years shouldn?t you put a sign near your machine ?! Oractivate those machines not to take breakfast?! Usually after a day over in Wrightwood, I'll swing by this Mc Donald's on my way home. I go through the drive through and... usually order a drink and/or big mac for myself and a regular burger with nothing but cheese on it for the dog. The people havealways been wonderful. When they see the dog and realize he's the one getting the burger, they sometimes will throw in a smallorder of fries for him. And that's very nice of them to do something that they don't even have to do. Read more
This place is local to me. Friendly workers, store is. Clean, they took my order they couldnget it right. 'I had to park in the... drive thru wait space. 10 minutes later here comes my order... guess what, they forgot to put 5 of the 10 sandwiches in the bag.So I go inside to tell them, they look at the receipt, and put the 5 missing sandwiches in my bag."
