Very poor service !! Employees eating while attending customers.! Orders taking to long to come out And aren?t the employees... suppose to be wearing gloves? Touching customers food after handling money ! This wingstop is just disgusting. You can?t evencall to place an order because they won?t answer. I know wingstop ain?t that broke for them not to pay their bill and if they doanswer they tell you they?re closed like dude it?s barely 9:40pm you guys close at midnight . I never take the time to write a negative review however today was just absolutely ridiculous. Cashier was eating/chewing while... taking our order. I understand sometimes during a busy day breaks are not possible and we?re all human. However cashier had anunbelievable rude attitude towards customers. Rolled her eyes after people came into restaurant and when we asked about ourorder she replied with a ?i don?t know? without bothering to check. There?s a big difference between a bad day and commoncourtesy. On top of that restaurant was full of trash on both the floor and tables. Management needs to reevaluate their stafftraining. Read more
It's Wingstop, after reading many reviews about the service being bad, I got to thinking. Why would anybody eat at a Wingstop in... the first place. Wings are good, theyve thrown a couple extras at times which I always enjoy. I don't dine in ever, why would I,theres not a TV or enjoyable music, get the food and get out easy. Read more
Horrible service, i had stop going to this particular location due to been slow and always giving wrong orders honestly i just... gave it another try because its 2 min from my house but im tired of they always messing up i always have to drive to the one onshary rd or on cage to get a good service which is a 30 to 40 min drive for me. This time besides making me wait a lot andgiving me soggy fries i ordered 5 tenders and they gave me 5 wings instead honestly its not even worth my drive back due to theincompetence of the workers there. The staff was nice but they take a long time to have your order ready even when ordering online. They are very short staffed.
Ordered online and didn?t get our food. Called and it was just excuses with them putting us on hold for 30 minutes. First time to this location, staff could have been more friendly and not so robotic. The food was as expected but fries barely... warm. Manager sitting in the back would not honor military discount, never have not received before after presenting VIC card. Lobby was really annoying as many had their phone on speaker and talking like they were the only ones is restraunt. It would ofbeen one star but the wings and were good and saused correctly. Girl at register didn?t speak a single word when I came up to ask for a box. No trash cans in dining area. No diaper changing... stations in bathrooms. My chicken sandwich was raw and chewy. They did give me a new sandwich, when I complained of getting araw piece of chicken though. Soft drink machine didn?t dispense lemonade. Iced tea machine wasn?t working. None of theemployees ever asked us if we needed anything. There was a kind young man working there that opened the door for us. Read more
