We were here 5-6 months ago and enjoyed it so we stopped in again. Place was fairly empty, so the service (one waitress) was... ok. She tried hard, but they had her running. It is a sports venue, I could understand it being loud, but this was a litecrowd, about 2 pm, we didn't need or want 85 decibel loud and asked to turn it down. I don't think often, but when I do, I liketo hear myself and take notes. Manager was nice about it but had to defer to the owner. (Time and place and it wasneither). Wing strips were good and flavorful, but could have used more sauce (honey BBQ). Sweet tater fries were on the soggyside, (were not timed with the chicken, done early and kept warm for too long) and came with a marshmallow sauce, different butwas too sweet for either of us. Food was good. Beer was cold. Music was good. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn?t for the bar tender that insisted on turning... light on at 11:000 PM to start her cleaning. Made everyone feel unwanted. Like, ?leave. I want to clean and go home? Everyoneat the bar complained about the lights and she insisted on keeping them on. . On arrival there was no greeter so we had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was almost empty so there was no reason for them... to take as long as they did to seat us. After being seated it took us almost 10 min to be acknowledged and a waitress finallycame to our table. It took very long for us to get our food as well. Once we paid, all the prices on the receipt were wrongcompared to the menu. Once the waitress was informed she had no response and appeared careless. *PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ* I?d like to start off that the food WAS good, but everything else was completely BS. It took them... over 15 minutes to get me my drinks, I had originally ordered 2 boneless orders and the burger? BUT!!! Only 1 was served so Iwaited because I thought it was still cooking. 20 minutes goes by and FINALLY the waitress comes back to ask us how we weredoing, I told her that my food never came out and she said I supposedly never ordered 2, only 1. We were going back and forthand BRISSA (my waitress) was EXTREMELY rude about it. She couldn?t take a simple order and tried to tell me I was wrong?? Eventhough I?m the one who knows what I wanted to eat. She charged me separate even though I never said to JUST so I can pay moretaxes and tried to tell me I was wrong about it.
